Good Monday to you! You know what Monday means...An all *new* challenge over at The Shabby Tea Room!! This week's challenge is "It's Hip To Be Square". I am the"host" this week, so as an added bonus, I have the pleasure of donating a prize to the lucky winner of this week's challenge! Check out The Shabby Tea Room for all of the details! :) Make a card or project using squares, as many as you want. I've had this one lonely square tin sitting in my craft room for months now, patiently waiting to be used. This is the perfect occasion to put this lil tin to use! :) I decided to make a "scrapbook in a tin". I had so much fun making this! My oldest daughter, Bella, helped me pick out the perfect photos to go inside. The tin holds 8 photos, held together by satin choc chip ribbon.
Don't forget to check out The Shabby Tea Room to play along!
RECIPE:
STAMP: Warm Words
INK: Choc Chip
PAPER: Sweet Pea DSP, Rose Red, Old Olive, Saffron, Taken with Teal
OTHER: "Yummy" Choc Chip Satin Ribbon, Felt Fusion Flowers, brads, Choc Chip Grosgrain Ribbon, PTI tin, Square Nesties
This is so sweet, Nicole! Love that you made a mini album out of this tin. Such a great idea and it looks so, so pretty, too.
ReplyDeleteGreat prize you are donating, also. Someone is going to be a very lucky person to win it.
Soooo absolutely perfect for this challenge! Way to go :)
ReplyDeleteOh my word! How cute is this?! I love it! The little flowers on each photo is a great idea to derss them up but still keep them flat so they fit in the tin box. Thank you for the great challenge. I loved being one of the Shabby Tea ROom girls this week!
