Clean & Simple 88

Here is my card for this week's sketch challenge over at Clean & Simple. I'm not really feeling the love with this card, so maybe I'll try again tomorrow with a new card.

Flower Pot Pocket Card



Here is my version of the flower pot pocket card that is all of the place. We made a version of this card last year at club, and it's taken me a full year to attempt it again. I found a tutorial HERE that explains the angles, so that my simple mind could comprehend it. :) I made 10 of these for some of the special moms in my life, so I kept them CAS.

The Shabby Tea Room Week #7

It's Monday, which means it's time for another challenge over at The Shabby Tea Room. This week's challenge is called "Comforts of Home" - a cozy photo inspiration with hues of blues, greens, reds, white and cream. I decided to stick with white, brown, blue, and green. Nothing says comfy more than Baja Breeze! :) I can FINALLY stop hoarding this DSP and cardstock, since Baja is coming back!!! WAHOO!! I also added a snip-it of this yummy seam binding, which can be found HERE.

E.T.M.P. Part 1

Hey Crafty Friends!
I wanted to pass along some Easy To Mass Produce (ETMP) cards that I've made recently. Hopefully they will spark your creative mojo! :) These cards would be great boxed up and given as Mother's Day, Birthday, end of school year teacher gifts, etc.
So here is card #1. It was inspired by my Stampin Up sponsor and friend, Amy. We made this card last year with the Parisian Breeze DSP for the color scheme. I changed it up a bit using Cottage Wall DSP.

JUGS 28 - Scrapbook Challenge


The ladies over at JUGS have a great challenge this week - to create a scrapbook page using THIS sketch/layout. Well, I am so far beyond is scrap booking, it's not even funny. So what a perfect excuse to make a page!! :) I decided to make a page of my kiddos (shocking, I know!) and try to use up some of my hoarded DSP - Berry Bliss. I have an unopened pack that I refuse to dive into! :)

Good Monday to you! You know what Monday means...An all *new* challenge over at The Shabby Tea Room!! This week's challenge is "It's Hip To Be Square". I am the"host" this week, so as an added bonus, I have the pleasure of donating a prize to the lucky winner of this week's challenge! Check out The Shabby Tea Room for all of the details! :) Make a card or project using squares, as many as you want. I've had this one lonely square tin sitting in my craft room for months now, patiently waiting to be used. This is the perfect occasion to put this lil tin to use! :) I decided to make a "scrapbook in a tin". I had so much fun making this! My oldest daughter, Bella, helped me pick out the perfect photos to go inside. The tin holds 8 photos, held together by satin choc chip ribbon.

I've been stamping for over 3 years and I don't think I've ever used a sheet of Garden Green. Today I did! The second challenge is a sketch challenge over at JUGS. Great sketch, as usual! :) A cheery, spring card. Not a lot of frills, but easy to mass produce.
